Highlights 

The firm worked on matters related to Bosnian law with Paul Hastings LLP and Kinstellar in cooperation with SOG, advising clients on acquisition financing to Actis PE Fund on its acquisition of telecom towers from Telekom Serbia. The transaction closed in March 2024. 

The team also advised Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske on USD 78 million term loan facility agreement provided by China Export Import Bank for the purpose of developing Bistrica hydro power plants in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The transaction closed in December 2024.
