In the M&A sphere, the team represented international importers and exporters, as well as automotive clients.   

In project development, the firm was heavily involved in the energy sector, principally attending to oil and gas deals. However, the team did display some sustainability-oriented involvement, advising on a green energy project involving the photovoltaic production of hydrogen.
