- Advised during the last year on more than US$14 billion M&A, capital market, banking, finance and project finance transactions, samples are:
- Advised Oliver Wyman and KAMCO Investment, as co-advisors, to the Capital Market Authority on the landmark privatization of Boursa Kuwait (the Kuwait Stock Exchange) through auction process of 44% awarded to a consortium led by Athens Stock Exchange and sale 6% to Public Institute for Social Security.
- Advised Alghanim Trading Co in the US$814 million acquisitions of a total 26% shares in Gulf Bank through sophisticated off market trades including the US$520 million public auction from the Kuwait Investment Authority.
- Advised Ahli Bank in the US$470 million syndicated facility to ALAFCO Aviation Co.
- Advised Al-Rajhi Bank in the US$400 million syndicated finance to Warba Bank.
