Hyojeong Ko

Ms Ko is a partner in Jipyong’s M&A group, specialising in complex corporate transactions. She has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of matters, including strategic investments, friendly M&A, cross-border acquisitions, and private equity-led buyouts. Known for her multilingual capabilities and responsiveness, Ms Ko is particularly well regarded by cross-border clients who require swift and precise advice.

She earned her LLM from Harvard Law School and her JD cum laude from Seoul National University School of Law. Ms Ko passed the New York bar exam in July 2023 (certification pending).
