Mr. Hu has undertaken a number projects of IPOs, securities offerings, M&A and investment of listed and non-listed companies, and his services including due diligence, reviewing and drafting of legal documents, participating in negotiations and scheme designing, issuing legal opinions, etc. He has also acted as counsel for many major banks and listed and private companies.
