Franco Agopyan is partner in BonelliErede’s Corporate/M&A practice and holds the role of co-head of the firm’s Private Equity Focus Team. He has more than 30 years’ experience in managing complex M&A, private equity and corporate finance transactions, regularly advising major Italian and international clients.
Franco holds an LLM in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law, New York.
