Francesca is a senior associate of PunoLaw. Her practice areas include energy, M&A, real estate transactions, and corporate/commercial law.

Francesca has advised clients on project financing, land acquisition, and corporate restructuring. She has spearheaded comprehensive legal due diligence for complex energy projects. Beyond her transactional work, she also provides corporate secretarial services for a wide spectrum of clients, including non-stock and non-profit organisations.

Prior to private practice, she held policy roles at WWF Philippines, contributing to environmental legislation and international negotiations.
