Danar Sunartoputra is a partner at Melli Darsa & Co. He has extensive experience in securities and capital markets transactions representing public and private companies, as well as investment banks in domestic and international offerings of various types of securities.

Danar also has a solid track record of advising both private companies and state owned enterprises in various legal issues as well as major corporate transactions and restructurings including M&A, joint ventures, and inward investments covering a broad range of industry with a special focus on financial institutions, financial technology and private business.
