Helena Adnan is one of the founding partners of Adnan Kelana Haryanto & Hermanto. An accomplished lawyer with more than twenty-five years of experience practicing law in Indonesia, her vast experience and commercial sensibility have made her a trusted advisor to her many clients.

Helena advises on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and financial services law matters, including rights issues; mergers and acquisitions; capital markets transactions; credit agreements; banking, trade, and asset finance transactions; employment issues; and foreign capital investment. She also regularly assists clients in managing their intellectual property rights in Indonesia. Her clients include a number of market leading enterprises across a broad range of sectors, including in the real property, energy and natural resources, consumer chemicals, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries.

Helena is a member of PERADI; a licensed capital market lawyer with Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK) and member of the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM); and a licensed intellectual property lawyer with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (Dirjen HAKI) and member of various intellectual property and trademark associations, including the International Trademark Association (INTA), ASEAN Intellectual Property Association (AIPA), and Association of Intellectual Property Consultants (AKHKI).
