Overview

Taxise Asia, a member firm of WTS Global, is the sole Singapore boutique law firm that specialises in international tax, international trade and transfer pricing. Founded in 2019, the firm boasts skilled tax lawyers, tax accountants, economists, academics and former in-house tax specialists. It provides holistic multi-disciplinary tax solutions for global corporations and financial institutions. In the past year, the team has worked on a wide range of tax advisory matters, like corporate tax, indirect and direct tax, transfer pricing, tax controversy, tax technology, M&A, international tax and trade matters. The firm houses around 20 tax professionals in Singapore and in its Philippines transfer pricing centre. Eugene Lim is the principal contact at the firm. The firm was bolstered by the joining of associate principal Christine Schwarzl, and consultants Justin Tan and Kenneth Yim. Former principal Irving Aw left at the end of 2023 for Osborne Clarke. All the work submitted for research consideration was marked confidential.
