Our Areas of Practice
Shipping & Maritime: Led by Managing Partner Mr. Naiyachon, our Shipping & Maritime team ranks among Thailand's most experienced practices, handling both contentious and non-contentious wet and dry matters, from vessel arrests, hull & cargo claims, and charterparty disputes to collisions, marine insurance, shipbuilding, ship financing, and vessel sale, purchase, and registration. We represent P&I clubs, shipowners, charterers, logistics providers, and cargo interests worldwide.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration: One of the firm's core strengths, our commercial litigation team, led by Mr. Naiyachon and Partner Mr. Pornnarong, has extensive experience in commercial, shareholder, real estate, construction, labour, white-collar, insurance, bankruptcy and rehabilitation disputes. The team also handles international arbitration proceedings before SCMA, LMAA, SIAC, ICC International Court of Arbitration, THAC, and TAI.
Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions: Led by Mr. Aaron alongside Partners Mr. Kosol and Mr. Krittin, our corporate team advises local and multinational businesses on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, legal due diligence, investment law, foreign business licensing, BOI applications, and cross-border joint ventures.
Capital Markets: Partners Mr. Kosol and Mr. Krittin advise on IPOs and Stock Exchange of Thailand/SEC compliance. Services cover shareholder restructuring, legal due diligence, public company conversion, filing preparation, and post-listing corporate secretarial services.
Labour & Employment: Guided by Managing Partner Mr. Naiyachon Tathong, a recognized authority in labour and employment law, the team advises on employment contracts, workplace policies, anti-bribery compliance, terminations, redundancies, employment transfers, social security matters, and labour disputes.
Real Estate: With more than 20 years of experience, the real estate team advises on due diligence, acquisitions, transactions, construction permits, condominium registrations, and real estate tax matters.
Antitrust & Trade Competition: Led by Mr. Naiyachon, the team advises on competition law matters, including anti-dumping proceedings before Thailand's Department of Foreign Trade.
Intellectual Property: Headed by Ms. Pattaravadee, the IP practice advises on trademark, copyright, and patent registration, as well as enforcement actions, civil and criminal proceedings, and injunctive relief.
Tax & Customs: With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Kosol advises on corporate and personal tax planning, customs valuation, tariffs, customs disputes, smuggling matters, and restricted goods regulations.
Visa & Work Permit Services: Mr. Aaron and the immigration team assist foreign nationals and their families with work permits, non-immigrant visas, permanent residency, SMART Visas, BOI services, retirement visas, marriage visas, and overstay resolution matters.
