DOCVIT focuses on high-end legal affairs, prior legal affairs and strategic legal affairs. It adheres to the modularity of legal services and industrialization of practice areas. During the last few years, Docvit has successively merged with four well-known law firms including Yandao, Wuhuan, Daxiao and Daqi and Zhiyuan Intellectual Property Agency. 近年来，道可特不断落子于各省会城市及重点城市，上海、深圳、天津、济南、太原、哈尔滨、海口、武汉等地办公室陆续成立，并以香港、伦敦、纽约、新加坡作为国际办公室支点，形成国内六大区域、国际四大区域的多矩阵布局，全国及全球布局加速形成。

In recent years, DOCVIT has continuously established branch offices in many provincial capitals and important cities, including Offices Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Jinan, Taiyuan, Harbin, Haikou, Wuhan and international Offices Hong Kong, London, New York and Singapore. 道可特重视公益和学术贡献，践行社会责任，是中国经济50人论坛、中国金融四十人论坛两大顶级智库中唯一来自法律界的理事单位，是中国保险资产管理业协会、中国银行间市场交易商协会、中央党校市场经济研究会等的理事单位。多名合伙人长期担任各级人大代表、政协委员，并连续多年在中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、北京及各地仲裁委员会担任仲裁员。
