Her expertise includes waste regulation, biodiversity and protected species, environmental markets, producer responsibility, sustainability disclosures and emerging environmental regulation. Drawing on a background in litigation and regulatory investigations, Annabel also supports clients with environmental investigations and enforcement matters. She works closely with businesses to navigate environmental and sustainability risks, including climate change, green claims, supply chain due diligence and broader ESG developments.
