Pleased to announce that our firm advised Principia Energy and its shareholders Enel Group and Macquarie Asset Management on the acquisition from EDP Renewables of a milestone wind farm portfolio of 150MW installed capacity in Greece. This strategic acquisition expands Principia Energy’s RES pipeline to 727 MW supporting its goal to expand Principia Energy’s footprint in Greek renewable energy market.

Our team was led by Nikos Fragos, assisted by Anastasia Petta, Stergios Zygouras and Iliana Ioannou.
