UCI, Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios Inmobiliarios S.A. (UCI), a specialised mortgage lender in Spain and Portugal 50/50 owned by Banco Santander S.A and BNP Paribas Group, signed an agreement for the direct sale of its entire Greek to a consortium consisting of CrediaBank and Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP.

UCI, Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios Inmobiliarios S.A. (UCI), a specialised mortgage lender in Spain and Portugal 50/50 owned by Banco Santander S.A and BNP Paribas Group, signed an agreement for the direct sale of its entire Greek to a consortium consisting of CrediaBank and Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP.

UCI’s Greek portfolio is a mix of performing and non-performing residential mortgage loans in Greece and certain unsecured consumer exposures.
