Niederer Kraft Frey advised EPIC Suisse in its successfully upsized CHF 70 million equity raise through an accelerated bookbuilding process by issuing 875’000 new shares. The net proceeds from the offering are expected to be deployed towards ongoing and planned real estate development and the acquisition pipeline.
