This landmark transaction marks both IFC’s first investment in such a Eurobond and Türkiye’s first DNN issuance, representing a significant step toward the digital transformation of Turkish debt capital markets. The financing from this issuance aims to support small businesses, farmers and entrepreneurs in earthquake-affected regions in Türkiye.

The Paksoy team was led by partner Ömer Çollak, together with senior associate Melis Gençol İnce and associate İrem Sabuncu.
