The completion of the transaction strengthens Tao’s presence in the European market, while also enhancing its capabilities in automotive, industrial, telecommunication and aerospace software engineering. By combining Tao's AI-driven transformation expertise with the specialization of SoftCom International in software development experience across Central Europe, the acquisition will create a broader global technology services organisation with deeper industry-specific capabilities and a dedicated presence across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.

Our firm acted, under the guidance of Mr. Hargo Maluch from LLA Logos Legal Advisor, Berlin, Germany, as the local counsel of the purchaser on all aspects of the transaction, including the conduct of legal due diligence over the Greek entity, advising on the Greek law aspects of the share purchase agreement and ancillary documentation, and assisting in the successful closing of the transaction.

Our team was led by Stathis Orfanoudakis, partner, and Elpida Karathodorou, senior associate, assisted by Rania Koliouli, Anastasia Bolari and Elisavet Tsitsioka, associates. Natalia Kapsi, senior associate, advised on IP matters, while Nikos Koukos, senior associate and Sofia Telonaki, associate, advised on the regulatory aspects of the transaction.
