CHI is a household name in Nigeria and a recognised leader in the food and beverage industry. Its flagship brands, Chivita and Hollandia, hold dominant positions in the fruit juice and value-added dairy markets, respectively.
The transaction aligns with Coca-Cola’s global strategy to streamline operations, scale its brand portfolio, and sharpen focus on core offerings, while continuing to invest in markets with strong long-term growth prospects such as Nigeria.
