Οur firm advised Eurobank and National Bank of Greece on the successful completion of a €95 million bond loan agreement with United Fiber, a subsidiary of United Group B.V., parent company of Nova. The financing, under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”, will accelerate United Fiber’s Fiber to the Home (FTTH) deployment, targeting 830,000 homes by the end of 2025.
