Our firm acted as Greek counsel to CNP Assurances, a leading French insurer, in relation to the Greek law aspects of the sale of 100% of capital of CNP Cyprus Insurance Holdings (CIH) to the Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited. CIH is the parent entity of the Greek life insurer CNP ZOIS S.M.S.A.
This transaction is expected to allow the Group CNP Assurances to re-focus its existing international footprint, while remaining committed to expansion in Europe.
