Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Intrum Hellas in the set-up, negotiation and execution (on behalf of Sunrise I DAC) of the simultaneous sale, transfer, and undertaking of servicing for two segments of the Sunrise I portfolio, namely a segment with GBV of circa €324 million and another with GBV of circa €273 million, each to a different leading global investment management firm specialising in private equity, credit, and real estate strategies.
