During this training day, the speakers presented the Council of Europe's 'HELP' programme and the 'Business and Human Rights' training course, an overview of the case law of the ECtHR on the protection of the environment, human rights and business, an overview of the relevant normative framework for corporate responsibility with regard to human rights and its contentious and non-contentious implications, a feedback on French Law No. 2017-399 on corporate due diligence, and a presentation of the European Social Charter.

The next training day will be held in Luxembourg on 30 January 2025.
