Banistmo S.A. acted as structurer and underwriter in the registration with the Superintendence of the Securities Market of Panama of a Revolving Program of Corporate Bonds of Supermercados Xtra, S.A., with an amount of up to US$300 million. The first US$110 million series has been successfully listed on the Latin American Stock Exchange.
