Prague, 21 August 2024 – Wolf Theiss assisted Audax Private Equity, a leading middle market investment firm based in Boston and San Francisco, with its acquisition of Avantor’s Clinical Services business.
The Wolf Theiss team, working alongside Ropes & Gray LLP, advised Audax Private Equity on all Czech legal and regulatory aspects related to the acquisition of the Clinical Services business, a part of Avantor Inc. Clinical Services provides clinical trial and laboratory supply chain services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, contract research organisations and diagnostic laboratories. The transaction’s value is approximately $650 million.
