Karatzas & Partners has acted as external Greek law counsel to Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE in their capacity as Global Coordinators and Physical Joint Bookrunners., HSBC Continental Europe S.A. as a Joint Bookrunner and Alpha Bank S.A., Eurobank S.A, National Bank of Greece S.A. and Piraeus Bank S.A., in their capacity as Co-Lead Managers in connection to HELLENiQ ENERGY Finance PLC’s offering of €450 million new notes due in July 2029 and a concurrent voluntary tender offer to purchase certain of its outstanding €599.9 million existing notes due in October 2024.

The new notes are guaranteed by HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. and HELLENIC PETROLEUM R.S.S.O.P.P. S.A., and they were listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The issuance attracted interest from a geographically diverse group of investors, demonstrating a significant vote of confidence in the HELLENiQ ENERGY Group.
