Karatzas & Partners has successfully advised on the sale of a 70% majority stake of Middle Office Services S.A. to Qualco Group.
Middle Office Services was established in 2022 and is a market leader in offering management and monitoring services for wholesale portfolios to a variety of financial industry clients.
