Karatzas & Partners advised Juwi Hellas Renewable Energy Sources Single Member S.A. (Juwi), one of the leading experts in renewable energy, in a landmark and complex transaction, involving acquisition, transfer, construction, operation & maintenance of a portfolio of six photovoltaic (PV) projects, located in the regions of Central Greece and Thessaly, with a total installed capacity of 267 MW, being the largest PV project in Juwi’s history.
The projects were acquired by Juwi from Hive Energy Limited and transferred to Domokos Solar Holding S.A., a company held 50/50 by Foresight Group and Mirova, while Juwi undertook the construction, operation and maintenance of the portfolio.
