Karatzas & Partners advised National Bank of Greece throughout the joint tender offer process for the acquisition of the entire outstanding share capital of Epsilon Net S.A. (“Epsilon”). The completion of the tender offer was marked by the high acceptance rate and triggered the squeeze-out process that is expected to be completed by the end of September 2024.
