Twelve Capital and Securis Investment Partners, two independent asset management specialists in Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS), have entered into an agreement to create a leader in ILS, with both sets of shareholders remaining fully invested.

Twelve Capital and Securis Investment Partners, two independent asset management specialists in Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS), have entered into an agreement to create a leader in ILS, with both sets of shareholders remaining fully invested. This will create a leading founder-led business and one of the largest, most experienced ILS managers globally with more than USD 7.8 bn in assets under management.

The Homburger team was led by Hansjürg Appenzeller and Daniel Daeniker (both Corporate / M&A) and included Florian Bruggisser (Corporate / M&A), Richard Stäuber, Allegra Arnold and Erik Habich (all Competition) as well as Stefan Oesterhelt and Juliette Buob (both Tax).
