Wolf Theiss’ mandate includes advising American Industrial Partners on all legal and regulatory aspects in Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary related to its strategic investment in Austin Powder. The transaction involves comprehensive due diligence, structuring and legal and regulatory support across all mentioned jurisdictions, working alongside Ropes & Gray LLP, AIP’s transaction counsel.
