On 3 May 2024, a bid consortium consisting of Greenoaks Capital Partners and Long Path Partners announced a public cash offer to the shareholders of Karnov Group AB (publ). The offer values all ordinary shares in Karnov Group at SEK 9.1 billion. The board of directors of Karnov Group recommends the shareholders of the company to accept the offer.
