We are proud to announce that Fintech team of Dudkowiak Kopeć Putrya (Warsaw Law Office) – leaded by Barrister at Law Piotr Putyra obtained for the Client first SPI (Small Payment Institution) license under new stringent legal regime which came into force in September 2023. by amendment of Polish Payment Services Act. For almost 6 months Polish Financial Regulator did not issued new licenses for small payment institutions due to increased list of requirements and level of formalities.

FinTech Team of Dudkowiak Kopec Putyra, performed company registration, advised regarding banking regulation, compliance procedure and licensing requirements, drafted all product documentation, incl. business plan and economic model and represented in licensing procedure before KNF.
