We have advised Intrum AB and Intrum Hellas in relation to Sunrise III, the latest HAPS securitisation transaction originated by Piraeus Bank involving an NPE portfolio of €0.5 billion GBV. Intrum has agreed to purchase 44% of the mez and junior notes, subject to customary conditions precedent. The long-lasting cooperation between Intrum and Piraeus Bank already includes six similar HAPS securitisation transactions (Project Phoenix, Project Vega 1, Project Vega 2, Project Vega 3, Project Sunrise 1 and Project Sunrise 2) and we are proud to have advised the Intrum group on all of them. The Zepos & Yannopoulos team was led by Christina Papanikolopoulou, head of Finance & Capital Markets, and included senior associate Athina Palli and associate Dimitra Androulakaki.
