We acted as local counsel to Gentherm in the acquisition of Alfmeier Präzision SE, a company from Germany subsidiaries in Mexico, USA, Europe and Asia. Alfmeier manufactures auto parts and products and solutions for automotive lumbar and massage comfort.
This deal included the due diligence of Alfmeier and its subsidiaries (including Alfrmeier Friedrichs & Rath de Mexico, S.A. de C.V.), and the negotiation of the M&A documents.
