L&L partners recently acted as lenders legal counsel for Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) in relation to the refinancing of 9 separate solar power projects set up in states of Punjab and Telangana under 6 project companies subsidiaries of Vector Green Energy Private Limited.
*IREDA disbursed the highest loan amount of Rs 1100 crores to a single promoter in One day!
The deal was led by Partner, Karan Mitroo assisted by Associates Surbhi Jain, Abhishek Wadiyar and Aditya Bhayal.
