Ímpar/DASA acquired 100% of the shares of Navegantes Participações e Investimentos S.A., a holding company that holds 100% of HBA S.A. – Assistência Médica e Hospitalar.
The transaction involves the negotiation with creditors and other third parties related to the operation and real estate where the hospital operates and is also subject to the Brazilian Antitrust Authority’s approval.
