JunHe has hired banking and finance expert Liu Jin to its Shenzhen office.
Liu joins the firm's partnership from Global Law Office and has expertise in banking and finance, M&A, private equity and venture capital investment. He is active in compliance, trade finance, debt and restructuring and also advises clients in domestic and foreign M&A deals, funds' investments, listed companies’ restructuring and public-private partnerships (PPPs).
Following the hire of Liu, JunHe’s Shenzhen office now has nine partners.
