McKinney, Bancroft and Hughes very own senior partner, John Fritzgerald Wilson QC, was officially admitted to the Inner Bar by Chief Justice Sir Brian M Moree QC during a Special Sitting of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas on 11 September 2020.
In a unique swearing in ceremony in full compliance with Covid protocols the event was live streamed via Zoom and Facebook.

Newly appointed Queen’s Counsel (QCs) are called to the Inner Bar and this distinction is conferred on distinguished practitioners based on merit and in recognition of their professional ability, reputation and integrity.
