Han Kun Law Offices has recruited partner Luo Shaolin to its headquarters in Beijing.
Luo specialises in M&A and private equity. His core practice includes representing large Chinese state-owned and private companies in connection with overseas transactions and strategic cooperation with foreign investors. He also represents US and European multinational companies and private equity firms in connection with their investments in China.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Luo was in-house at Loyal Valley Capital and YF Capital, and he worked as a partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in Beijing and Hong Kong.

加入汉坤前，罗律师曾担任美国盛信律师事务所合伙人、云锋基金主席助理兼总法律顾问、正心谷资本合伙人。他在并购、外商直接投资、私募股权及证券交易领域有超过二十年的经验。
