The Latvia-based firm Primus Derling and Estonia-based firm Derling Primus have announced an agreement to join with WALLESS in Lithuania and operate under a united WALLESS name.
The combined firm will number 100 lawyers across the Baltics and the new development adds strength to WALLESS' Baltic network and international capabilities.
WALLESS Lithuania was established by former partners of Ellex Valiunas in Lithuania in 2019, while Derling in Estonia was founded in 2016, after partners seperated from TGS Baltic. The Latvian firm Primus was established in 2009 and later partnered with Derling Estonia in 2018.
