GSK Stockmann contributed to the publication of the Chinese Outbound Investment Guide 2020

The Chinese Outbound Investment Guide 2020 has been published by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) looking at the changes that have been occurring in Chinese outbound investment patterns and how target markets are adapting.

The guide covers numerous jurisdictions providing a general outlook.

GSK Stockmann contributed to the guide: Dr. Marcus Peter (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) and Kate Yu Rao (Associate at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) composed the chapter “Luxembourg: Renminbi crossroad” outlining the benefits of Luxembourg as an investment destination and global investment springboard for Chinese investors.
