GOLAW attorneys successfully defended the interests of a large pharmaceutical company and its top executives in a criminal proceeding related to ungrounded accusation in acquiring a knowingly falsified medicine with the purpose of its further distribution.
At the preparatory hearing, the court upheld the position of the defense. Thus, according to the well-grounded request of GOLAW attorneys, the court found that law enforcement agencies had violated the terms of the pre-trial investigation.
Thanks to the effcient work of the attorneys, the rights of the client were defended, and the criminal case was dismissed.
