Lisbon, August 12, 2020 – Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados (Morais Leitão) advised Sonae MC on the sale and leaseback of four food retail assets located in Portugal.
This deal tots up 34 million euros and reached 41% of the retail assets for Sonae (freehold).
