FRORIEP is proud to have accompanied SEBA Bank AG in the launch of its Dual Currency Certificate on BTC/USD. It was a great pleasure to work together with the highly motivated team of SEBA Bank AG to create this innovative product. The challenge in this project was to create a structure that allows connecting digital assets with traditional assets. With Ronald Kogens and Catrina Luchsinger a strong FRORIEP team in blockchain and financial markets were in charge of this process. The tax structuring was advised by the FRORIEP partner Marcel Jung, a renowned specialist in taxation of investment products.
