Water Street Healthcare Partners, a strategic investor focused exclusively on the health care industry, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to in-vest in Solvias AG, one of the largest independent pharmaceutical laboratory platforms in Europe. Bär & Karrer acted as legal adviser to the shareholders in this transaction. The team included Thomas U.
