HSA Advocates has bolstered its banking and corporate teams in Mumbai with the addition of a new partner.
Sharmil Bhushan joins the firm from Khaitan Legal Associates where she worked as a partner.
With over 14 years' experience, Bhushan specialises in advising domestic and international clients on banking and finance and corporate work across various industries including automotive, real estate, technology and telecommunication, manufacturing and financial services.
She has previously worked at firms such as Thakker & Thakker and Economic Laws Practice.
This latest development marks the firm’s third lateral hire since the beginning of 2020.
