J Sagar Associates has added a new corporate and M&A partner to its Mumbai office.
Shafaq Uraizee Sapre joins the firm from Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (L&S), where she helmed the corporate practice for western and southern India and served as an executive partner.
With over 18 years' experience, Sapre focuses on M&A, private equity and joint ventures. Additionally, she held the post of partner at Bharucha & Partners and also headed the joint ventures practice at Nishith Desai Associates.
