King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has strengthened its capital markets practice with the hire of a new counsel.
Jason Kuo joins the firm’s Hong Kong office from Paul Hastings where he worked as a partner.

Kuo specialises in capital markets and has over 25 years' experience advising on securities transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, tender offers, private placements, and pre-IPO venture capital investments. He also advises on US corporate and regulatory matters.
