Han Kun has hired a new partner in Hong Kong to expand its cross-border private equity and M&A practice.
Angela Cui joins from King & Wood Mallesons where she focused on private equity, M&A and commercial transactional work.
Cui has represented private equity funds, financial institutions and other alternative asset management firms in transactions that included investments in private and public companies in various forms across the consumer, education, TMT, healthcare, new energy, hospitality and real estate industries.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Cui practised at international law firms in Hong Kong for over a decade, including King & Wood Mallesons where she worked as counsel.
